We are a bit overwhelmed by the big response our project is getting at the moment!

I was half-heartily working on a Django Wave server implementation myself, but it’s good to see you are so much further! (and I’m glad I didn’t put too much effort into it before I found pygowave
I’ve set up a pygowave server at pygowave.aperte.nl and hope to collaborate with you on your project. Have you set up a dedicated Group for pygowave?
Perhaps I could be of use in the area of the XMPP/Federation protocol. There now are multiple wave servers, so it would be interesting to nail this down even if the protocol itself is still a moving target…

Having had a look at your road map a thought occurred to me. That is that you are working from the front end backwards, and I am working the other direction, i.e. working on federation first.
It may mean that once I have the federation side of my project done that you would be able to use it prior to replacing it with your own, and vice-versa.
